We are seeking an organized and motivated Senior Tax Preparer, Accountant, or Junior Partner to join our rapidly expanding company. This role involves close collaboration with partners and the tax manager to manage daily accounting tasks and tax-related work. As a dynamic organization, we are looking for a passionate individual to become part of our team. Senior Tax Preparer/Accountant Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities, including bank and credit card reconciliations, and review financial reports and supporting documents as needed.
• Prepare payroll and sales tax returns.
• Prepare individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns.
• Conduct tax research and year-end projections.

Work Schedule:

• Flexible Monday through Friday, 30 to 35+ hours per week.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with 7+ years of accounting experience.
• Minimum of 750 tax returns prepared.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office packages, including MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• CPA or EA certification.
