Position Summary

Do you have your P&C license or are you willing to obtain it? The Compliance team is responsible for reviewing commercial insurance policies and documents to ensure compliance. Each employee manages a low call volume to assist our customers.

Position Details

  • Pay: $18/hr - Unlicensed ($21/hr P&C Licensed)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8.5 hour shift between those hours)
  • First 90 days in office at 777 N Rainbow Blvd
  • Benefits Start Day 1

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Contact vendors to inform them of missing or expired coverages required to bring them into compliance
  • Explain commercial coverages in detail
  • Respond to inquiries regarding vendor policies in a timely manner
  • Maintain specialized and comprehensive records and filing
  • Interact with high-profile clients via email in a professional manner

About You

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (insurance and customer service)
  • Strong typing and basic computer skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with clients

Preferred

  • Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance or able to obtain a P&C license within 30 days
  • Previous insurance experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred
  • Call Center Customer Service

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market and geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business or practice area, supply and demand, and scheduled hours.
