Overview

We are looking for a motivated and practical IT Finance Analyst to assist with the support, maintenance, and improvement of Finance and Accounting systems. This position demands deep knowledge of SAP FI/CO, strong problem-solving abilities, and practical experience with the SAP platform, external system integrations, and custom-built solutions. You will serve as a bridge between business departments and IT, managing issue resolution and system upgrades. Familiarity with migrating from SAP ECC to S/4HANA is highly valued.

Compensation: $125k to $155k depending on experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a similar discipline (a combination of education and relevant work experience is acceptable).
• Extensive practical experience with SAP FI/CO: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
• Focus on Product Costing, Profit and Cost Center Accounting, CO planning and budgeting, Order Settlement, and Project Systems.
• Knowledge of BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, RFCs, and custom reporting.
• Experience with IDocs, ALE, BAPI, Web Services, and integrations with third-party financial systems.
• Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and audit compliance requirements.
• Practical experience with LSMW and BAPI data uploads, as well as custom data conversion programs.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP FICO and MM, SD, and HCM modules is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) experience or certification.
• Experience with Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) or Bank Communication Management (BCM).
• CLM (REFx) experience is a significant advantage.
• SAP experience with S/4HANA is beneficial.
