Accounting and Financial Analyst

Overview: This position manages all financial activities, covering revenue, expenditures, receivables, and payables. The analyst guarantees precise financial records, oversees liquidity, and facilitates communication with internal departments and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle invoices, stock, and accounts payable, ensuring correct processing and punctual payments.
• Oversee customer payments and accounts receivable, ensuring prompt collection and precise documentation.
• Track all income, evaluate financial commitments, and manage cash flow, investments, and bank balances to fulfill client responsibilities.
• Coordinate payables and receivables through effective oversight, verification, and classification procedures.
• Carry out standard accounting tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and specialized reports.
• Interact with internal teams and suppliers to resolve invoicing and payment disputes.
• Help respond to client inquiries and address financial issues.
• Examine and interpret accounting data, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Two to three years of applicable accounting experience, involving accounts receivable and payable.
• Familiarity with automated software and intermediate knowledge of corporate accounting platforms.
• Solid grasp of accounting standards, along with proficiency in Excel functions and tables.
• Aptitude for multitasking, adhering to schedules, and seeing tasks through in a busy setting.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a proactive demeanor.
• Excellent people skills and a service oriented approach.
• Capability to operate independently and cooperate effectively within a group.
