Accounts Receivable Analyst

Overview
The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for ensuring that incoming payments are posted to customer accounts accurately, promptly, and completely. This position involves researching payments, reconciling accounts, and delivering high-quality service to both internal and external customers. Requirements
- Associate’s degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in accounts receivable.
- Familiarity with SAP and strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Excellent people skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Focus on achieving results and pursuing ongoing improvement.
- Strong math and analytical skills.
Required Documentation
The selected candidate must complete a post-offer pre-employment physical exam, drug and alcohol screening, and a background check. Some roles also require ongoing FMCSA-regulated drug and alcohol testing.
