Billing Specialist

Full Time, On-Site Position

Overview

Rand Engineering is looking for a full-time, on-site Billing Specialist to join our site utility construction firm. This role primarily involves overseeing accounts receivable, submitting invoices through multiple systems, and maintaining relevant paperwork. This is a 40-hour per week position that reports directly to the company owner. Benefits include paid holidays, paid sick leave, Kaiser health insurance, and a 401k plan (available after one year of service).

Requirements

• Must possess experience in construction accounting.
• Must have familiarity with at least one of these billing systems: GC Pay, Procore, or Textura.
• Experience with Sage Accounting 300 for construction is preferred but not required.
• This is an on-site position.
