Job Opportunity: General Manager 3 – Environmental Services & Patient Transportation
Role Overview:
Sodexo is seeking a multi-service General Manager 3 to lead Environmental Services and Patient Transportation at a hospital in Los Angeles, CA. This role involves collaborating across departments to improve service delivery and drive operational growth.
What You'll Do:
Demonstrate exceptional client service skills and executive presence; take responsibility for improving client and patient satisfaction scores; ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff while working closely with the Infection Control department; partner with the Environment of Care Committee, Infection Prevention Director, and other key hospital leaders; effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

What You Bring:
Expertise in building and maintaining strong customer and client relationships; strong leadership skills to ensure program compliance and meet project deadlines; 3-5 years of prior custodial or housekeeping director-level experience in a hospital setting; ability to analyze data, present findings, and communicate effectively at all organizational levels; proficiency with computers and industry-related technology; experience with vendor and contract management, as well as union and contract negotiations; and strong financial acumen with budget management experience.
