Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Capable of multitasking and maintaining organization during peak hours
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable greeting guests and managing wait lists
• Able to answer phone calls and assist with reservations
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Weekends and holidays required
