We are currently seeking a skilled Shift Manager for a busy full-service restaurant. This position offers a pay rate of $20 per hour. Applications will only be accepted in person.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a key holder or supervisor in a full-service restaurant is mandatory.
• Ability to lead and oversee staff members during shifts.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management or shift lead experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Experience with opening and/or closing restaurant operations.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to multitask and address customer concerns in a professional manner.
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
