Job Summary

Duties

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items following established recipes and presentation guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and order at workstations, complying with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ensure proper food handling methods are applied to promote safety and quality
• Work alongside kitchen team members to coordinate meal preparation during peak service periods
• Monitor stock levels and communicate supply requirements to support efficient kitchen operations
• Assist with catering events and special functions through timely food preparation and presentation

Experience

• Demonstrated culinary experience in restaurant environments
• Strong grasp of food safety practices, including proficient knife skills and handling techniques
• Experience in menu planning, meal preparation, and food presentation within the food sector
• Proficiency in cooking methods, with a focus on quality and consistency
• Background in catering or large-scale food service operations is advantageous
• Excellent teamwork abilities with the capacity to succeed in a fast-paced kitchen setting
