Position Overview

We are looking for a Line/Prep Cook with substantial experience in a high-volume setting. The ideal candidate must be able to work quickly while staying organized and efficient.

Pay and Hours

• $24 to $26 per hour
• 3 to 5 shifts per week
• Opening and closing shifts available

Job Description

We operate as a small team, so everyone learns all stations and can rotate as needed. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing wet mixes, dry mixes, sides, and dressings by following recipes, accurately prepping items, and tasting for seasoning
• Slicing deli meats
• Working the cold line: prepping and closing the station, maintaining a fast and efficient pace while paying close attention to detail
• Working the hot line: prepping and closing the station, comfortably operating the grill and fryer at a fast and efficient pace while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Assisting in the preparation of plant-based meats and cheeses
• Keeping prep and cooking areas clean, sanitary, and safe
• Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining refrigerators, cooler drawers, ovens, prep areas, and dry storage spaces
