Valley Smash Burgers is Hiring Line Cooks and Cashiers

We operate with a focused menu of burgers, fries, and shakes. We are seeking dependable, team-oriented Line Cooks and Bilingual Cashiers who excel in a fast-paced environment and take pride in consistency, cleanliness, and hospitality. Openings are available for both morning and evening shifts, as well as full-time and part-time positions.

Hours of Operation: 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM

Qualifications Required

• Some prior kitchen or fast-casual experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle high-volume service
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Team-first attitude and willingness to learn
• Live within a 25-minute commute. (We are within walking distance of the Orange Line)

Line Cook Responsibilities

• Execute smash burgers with consistency and speed
• Prep ingredients including onions, sauces, and patties
• Maintain a clean, organized station throughout service
• Follow food safety, labeling, and FIFO standards
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties (griddle cleaning, fryer maintenance, restocking, sanitation)
• Work collaboratively with front of house to maintain ticket flow and service times
• Support prep and production for daily service
