Overview

We are looking for a capable and seasoned Line Cook to join our dynamic team. Compensation is fully negotiable and depends on your experience and skill level. Please apply only if you reside close by and can begin training without delay.

Requirements

• Morning availability from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Work commitment of 18 to 24 hours per week.
• Able to handle grill, fry, or sauté stations.
• Follow cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Professional-level knife and plating techniques.
• Valid California Food Handler's Card.
• At least three years of restaurant kitchen experience.
• Familiarity with Mexican and American cuisine.
• Organized, efficient, and thorough.
• Always show respect toward coworkers.
• Thrive in a high-speed environment.
• Well-groomed, professional, and punctual.
