Coffee Robot Technician

Overview

We are looking for a dependable and steady Coffee Robot Technician to maintain and refill our coffee robot. This position involves visiting the vending machine to replenish supplies, initiate cleaning cycles, and handle minor troubleshooting. The daily task typically takes 45 to 60 minutes, offers a flexible schedule, and provides consistent pay.

Requirements

• Dependability and consistency are crucial.
• Capability to work independently and follow the agreed-upon schedule.
• Must be able to drive every day.
• Comfortable with technology and using electronic devices like iPads, tablets, and computers.
• Able to navigate and operate the coffee robot's touchscreen interface, including starting cleaning cycles and adjusting basic settings daily.
• Basic troubleshooting skills to resolve simple electronic or software problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Replenish supplies such as coffee beans, milk, and syrups for the coffee robot.
• Activate the robot's automatic cleaning cycles.
• Clean surfaces and keep the robot spotless and well-presented.
• Troubleshoot machines when issues occur.

Work Schedule

• The technician has the freedom to decide when to complete the daily servicing.
• We need someone able to dedicate to 3 days per week, along with providing a backup person we will also train for days when you are unavailable to service the robot.

Compensation

• $30 per Daily Servicing
• Bonus Pay Opportunities: Service calls to address errors or alerts at the unit will be compensated at $20.00 per service call.
