Role Summary

This position involves supporting hosting duties, bar operations, and overall service coordination within a high-energy setting. Ideal candidates will be collaborative, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Duties

1. Host: Welcome visitors, oversee reservation systems and waiting lists, assign seating, and provide clear updates on expected wait durations.
2. Barback: Replenish beer, wine, spirits, and ice; polish glasses; maintain a clean and orderly bar area throughout service hours.
3. Server Assistant: Deliver meals and beverages, efficiently clear and reset tables, refill drinking water, and support servers to ensure seamless service flow.

Candidate Requirements

• Evening and weekend availability is strongly preferred.
