Responsibilities

• Cut and prepare ingredients in line with recipes and menu guidelines.
• Contribute to menu planning by suggesting seasonal components and creative dish concepts.
• Ensure the kitchen stays clean and orderly, covering workstations and storage zones.
• Adhere to food safety regulations for handling, storing, and cooking food.
• Safely and effectively use kitchen equipment such as knives and other preparation tools.
• Work side by side with chefs and other kitchen personnel to guarantee prompt service during meal periods.
• Help with inventory control by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
• Assist the culinary team in plating and completing dishes throughout service hours when required.
