Overview

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is looking for a Restaurant Manager to assist with daily operations and maintain company standards. This role is fast-paced and involves managing shifts in a kitchen setting. The starting pay is $24 per hour, plus a guaranteed monthly bonus.

Requirements

  • At least one year of management experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Able to work well both alone and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Willing to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Must complete all required training programs provided by Raising Cane's.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all restaurant areas meet Raising Cane's standards during each shift.
  • Serve as the manager on duty, responsible for opening and closing the restaurant.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accountability.
  • Enforce company policies and standards, and manage shifts according to safety protocols.
  • Direct crew members, deliver excellent customer service, and use reward and recognition programs.
  • Approve employee actions that require manager authorization, such as discounts and promotions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure the facility is in good working condition.
