Overview

We are looking for a diligent and dependable Landscape Laborer to become a member of our crew. This full-time opportunity in Lancaster, CA comes with a wage of $20.00 per hour. The position focuses on preserving outdoor areas, clearing plant growth, and assisting with overall property upkeep.

Requirements

• Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or vegetation management is a plus.
• Comfortable working outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds and engaging in sustained physical activity.
• Must be reliable and possess strong collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Remove vegetation, clear brush, and manage weeds.
• Use hand tools and motorized equipment such as weed whackers, hedge trimmers, and chainsaws.
• Assist with trimming trees and brush, removing debris, and performing general cleanup.
• Keep workspaces and tools safe and well-organized.
