Overview

We are looking for a dependable and industrious individual to join our team. This entry-level role involves surface preparation and job site assistance, with a clear pathway to mastering the specialized craft of polyurea coating application, including the operation of spray equipment.

Requirements

• Must be trustworthy, punctual, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
• Capability to handle physically demanding tasks (including lifting, prolonged standing, etc.).
• Eagerness to learn and adhere to detailed directions.
• Strictly follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Prior experience in construction or a trade is beneficial, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for coating via cleaning, grinding, and sanding.
• Mask and safeguard adjacent areas to ensure a neat application.
• Support spray technicians throughout the coating process.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a tidy job site at all times.
• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
• Provide general labor support to the team as required.
