Quality Assurance Documentation Specialist

Overview

Assist the Quality Assurance team by organizing and preserving quality control records. This is a full-time role from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime as necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to two years of clerical experience.
  • Skilled in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Basic understanding of office practices and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in 10-key data entry by touch.
  • Ability to use office equipment such as fax machines, printers, copiers, and scanners.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Review, track, and prepare documentation and certification packages for the Quality Department.
  • Perform internal audits of documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to resolve certification issues and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Examine non-conformance reports and maintain logs for corrective actions.
  • Update and maintain the documentation and specification library, along with part revisions, in the computer system.
  • Organize quality files, records, and stamp control logs to ensure traceability.
  • Compile quality reports and correspondence, and scan QA documents.
  • Carry out other related tasks as assigned.
