Position Summary

Kelly Services is seeking candidates for Production Operator / Medical Manufacturing positions at a facility located in Baldwin Park. These are temporary-to-permanent roles that provide consistent, manual work along with potential for long-term career advancement within a production setting. Work Location and Compensation

Location: Baldwin Park, California

Hourly Pay:

• Day Shift: $18.00 per hour
• Evening Shift: $18.50 per hour
• Night Shift: $18.75 per hour

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
• Night Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Work week options: Tuesday through Saturday, or Sunday through Thursday.

Key Responsibilities

• Run assembly and injection molding machinery (training is offered).
• Adhere to written instructions, safety protocols, and production guidelines.
• Conduct basic data entry on a computer.
• Cooperate with team members to achieve daily output targets.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing or injection molding is helpful but not mandatory.
• Fundamental computer proficiency.
• High level of accuracy and dependability.
• Capability to remain standing for extended periods and execute repetitive tasks.
• Readiness to work assigned shifts, including overtime when necessary.
