We are currently looking for a limited number of field agents in your region to assist in identifying properties that may be listed for sale. Once these positions are filled, we will stop accepting new applications.

Opportunity Overview

This role is ideal for individuals who already spend a lot of time on the road. Drive along your usual routes, spot target homes, take photos, and receive payment for each confirmed lead.

How It Works

• Follow your regular driving routes within the city.
• Watch for homes displaying "For Sale By Owner" signs.
• Capture a photo of both the sign and the property’s street number.
• Earn payment once we have successfully contacted the owner and filled out our property details form.

Compensation

• $10 for each validated property lead.
• $500 bonus if we proceed to buy the property.

Requirements

• Smartphone
• Ability to take clear photographs
• Dependable communication skills
