Overview

We are a well-established, family-owned swimming pool service and repair company based in Los Angeles, proudly serving the community since 1981. We are seeking applicants with at least two years of professional pool service experience to join our dependable and skilled team. We offer continuous training and support. This role begins at $30 per hour, with the potential for a higher rate based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly maintenance on residential and commercial swimming pools.
• Test and adjust water chemistry using LSI-based methods.
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Communicate with clients and report any necessary repairs.
• Follow assigned route schedules and document service details.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Own an insured pickup truck (this is a mandatory requirement).
• Hold a valid drivers license.
• Be reliable and self-motivated.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work in outdoor conditions.
• Willing to learn and collaborate effectively within a team.

Pay and Benefits

• Starting rate of $30 per hour, with higher pay available depending on experience and skill level.
• Mileage reimbursement.
