Overview

We are currently seeking petitioners to collect signatures for two important ballot measures. The first initiative aims to hold major corporations accountable and redirect more funds back into local communities. The second initiative focuses on safeguarding critical services such as emergency response and disaster preparedness in San Diego County. This is an opportunity to contribute to making the city safer. Entry-level compensation begins at $27 per hour, with additional performance-based bonuses offered.

Requirements

• Conduct outreach in busy public areas and engage voters through one-on-one discussions.
• Interact with individuals in person and hold meaningful conversations about significant topics.
• Work outside in public locations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Upon hiring, must provide original, unexpired documents for I-9 verification.

Position Details

• Petitioner Role: Starting rate of $27 per hour.
• Team Lead Role: Starting rate of $28 per hour.
• Most team members earn $50 to $85 in daily bonuses.
• Paid training and sick leave are included.
• Scheduled shifts: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, available on both weekdays and weekends.
• Part-time and full-time work schedules are available.
• All positions continue until mid-May, with potential for advancement after that.
