We are seeking dependable, upbeat individuals with a strong knowledge of sports to serve as officials and scorekeepers for our Adult Recreational Sports Program. This role is an excellent fit for those who enjoy athletics, interacting with others, and contributing to a positive community atmosphere.

Overview

You will officiate and maintain score for various games within the adult recreational sports program. This position operates under direct supervision and may involve occasional weekend work. Typical hours range from 5 to 15 per week, with a pay rate of $24.00 to $29.24 per game, depending on experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in recreation, preferably involving sports
• Familiarity with the rules and regulations of the assigned sport program
• Ability to establish effective working relationships, collaborate with diverse groups, and assess situations to make sound decisions
• Must hold and maintain a valid California Class C driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Must hold and maintain CPR and First Aid certification
