Property Manager

Location: San Luis Obispo County
Overview
The Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo (HASLO) is looking for an experienced and driven Property Manager to address the significant demand for affordable housing. This position is well suited for a mission-oriented, meticulous professional who excels in a cooperative setting and is dedicated to improving the well-being of clients.
Two positions are open; one requires living on-site (rent and utility free unit) and the other does not.
Compensation: $34.69 to $42.18 per hour based on experience. Bilingual candidates (English-Spanish) are preferred (a monthly stipend of $50 to $90 is provided depending on language proficiency).

Additional Information
Work Schedule: HASLO follows a 9/80 schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, and every other Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (office is closed on alternate Fridays). Department schedules may differ.
