Housing Specialist
Overview
To address the significant demand for increased affordable housing options in San Luis Obispo County, HASLO is looking for an experienced and driven Housing Specialist. The perfect candidate is inventive, flexible, and meticulous, dedicated to the mission of affordable housing and comfortable working in a fast-paced team setting.
Compensation: $21.12 - $25.68 per hour, depending on experience. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred, with a monthly stipend of $50 to $90 based on fluency level. This is a full-time, non-exempt role that reports to the HCV Manager.

Additional Information
HASLO follows a 9/80 work schedule: Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and every other Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (the office is closed on alternate Fridays). New hires are eligible for a salary increase after completing the six-month introductory period and annually thereafter. The compensation package includes a comprehensive benefits plan.
