Overview

We are looking for a kind and dependable caregiver to offer in-home support for a bed-bound individual with multiple sclerosis. Duties include assisting with daily living tasks, light housekeeping, and running errands according to a fixed weekly schedule that includes holidays. The client has a speech impairment and prefers communication through text or email. The hourly wage is $19.64.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Help with daily activities such as dressing and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating.
• Complete light housekeeping tasks.
• Flush the catheter (training will be provided).
• Change the bandage for a small catheter incision.
• Assist with prescribed physical therapy exercises.
• Perform errands, including picking up groceries and prescriptions.

Required Schedule

• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM
• Friday: 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM
• Holidays are also required.
