Overview

Carlo Inc. is seeking a seasoned Regional Property Supervisor to manage 450 residential units spread across 10 properties in the San Fernando Valley. This full-time, on-site position is headquartered in Sherman Oaks and involves frequent visits to each property. The role offers a competitive annual salary between $85,000 and $100,000.

Requirements

  • At least three years of property management experience, with supervisory responsibilities (regional or multi-site experience is a plus).
  • A strong credit history is mandatory.
  • Proficient in Yardi and RentCafe software systems.
  • Knowledgeable about California landlord-tenant regulations and Fair Housing laws.
  • Dependable vehicle and readiness to travel across the San Fernando Valley.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations for about 450 residential units across various locations.
  • Lead and support resident managers, leasing staff, and maintenance teams.
  • Handle the operational and financial management of assigned property groups.
  • Carry out semi-annual property inspections and oversee timely repairs and upkeep.
  • Manage budgets, capital improvement projects, and financial reporting.
  • Review and negotiate vendor estimates, proposals, and contracts.
  • Recruit, train, and inspire on-site management personnel.
  • Address employee and tenant concerns promptly and with professionalism.
  • Ensure adherence to California Fair Housing regulations and company guidelines.
  • Serve on-call for two to three designated months each year.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
