Overview

Become part of our team as a Real Estate Agent or Mortgage Loan Originator under a 100% commission model. We welcome newcomers to the field. Work remotely with no required meetings or monthly charges. You receive payment directly from escrow once the deal is finalized.

Requirements

• New agents are accepted but must collaborate with the Broker on initial transactions and utilize the company's transaction coordinator.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Capability to interact clearly with clients.
• A CA DRE License is required for real estate work.
• A CA DRE License along with NMLS is necessary for mortgage loan origination.

Structure and Benefits

• If you focus solely on Real Estate, you will operate within our Real Estate Division.
• If you focus solely on Loans, you will operate within our Mortgage Division.
• If you handle both, you will work across both Real Estate and Mortgage Divisions.
• No monthly fees.
• No minimum quotas.

• Use your home address or our office address for real estate mailing requirements.
• Paid directly from Escrow as soon as the transaction concludes.
• Place your DRE License with us at no monthly cost (suitable for new, part-time, or future opportunities).
• Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license endorsement comes from the Department of Real Estate (DRE), not the DFPI.
• We are approved with leading wholesale lenders.

Commission Tiers

• 100% Commission for agents who close 10 or more transactions or achieve a volume of $7,000,000+ annually.
• 90% Commission for agents who close 6 or more transactions or achieve a volume of $4,000,000+ annually.
• 80% Commission for new agents or those closing fewer than 6 transactions or less than $4,000,000 in volume annually.
• $499 Admin Fee per transaction.
• $99 E and O Fee per transaction (waived if the agent holds their own E and O policy).

Duties

Real Estate Agents:

• Guide clients through buying and selling processes.
• Keep up with local real estate market trends.
• Arrange property showings and open houses.
• Negotiate contracts and sale terms.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to foster lasting relationships.

Mortgage Loan Originators:

• Assist clients in securing mortgage loans, including Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, HELOC, Cash Out Home Equity Seconds, Land or Lot Loans, Commercial, DSCR, Non-QM, Bank Statements, P and L, ITIN loans, and more.
• Stay informed and current with mortgage lending guidelines and market changes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build durable relationships.

• We are affiliated with multiple Realtor Associations; you may not need to leave your current Realtor Association or MLS.
• Easy enrollment: Switching your license to us takes only 5 minutes. Simply log into your CA DRE Portal and choose "Change Responsible Broker." We receive an immediate notification and will accept you once you e-sign the Agent or Broker Agreement.
