Overview

We are looking for a dependable and meticulous Maintenance Technician to become part of our apartment community team. This position involves a mix of general upkeep duties and cleaning tasks to keep the property safe, operational, and tidy.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.
• Address maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Conduct unit inspections and get apartments ready for new tenants, including turnovers.
• Ensure common areas like hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, and outdoor grounds are clean.
• Manage trash removal and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Monitor building systems and report any significant issues.
• Keep tools, equipment, and maintenance logs in good order.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in maintenance or as a handyman is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Strong focus on detail and cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

• Experience in apartment or property maintenance.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
