Overview

Supervise day-to-day operations at a new restaurant plaza in Long Beach, which offers 20 kitchen spaces for lease. Responsibilities include managing tenant relationships, handling leasing activities, and overseeing administrative tasks. The plaza is currently under construction and is scheduled to officially open on 10/1/2025. Kitchen lease rates range from $3,000 to $6,000 per space.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English communication.
• Possession of a valid work permit (eligible for payroll with check payments).

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Pay: $20 per hour, working 5 hours daily from Monday through Friday (approximately $2,400 per month).
• Commission: Receive 100% of the first month's rent for each lease signed.
• Fuel Allowance: $20 provided per trip (to the office or the Long Beach location).
