Real Estate Agents and Loan Officers – 100% Commission, New Agents Are Encouraged to Apply

Location Coverage: West Hollywood, Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, and All of California

Our main office is located in West Hollywood, but you are free to work from your home office anywhere in California. The opportunity is available across Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Bernardino County, Riverside County, and all other parts of California.

Overview

This is a 100 percent commission arrangement for both Real Estate Agents and Mortgage Loan Originators. We welcome newcomers to the field. You may focus exclusively on real estate, exclusively on loans, or work in both areas. There are no monthly fees, no minimum quotas, and no mandatory meetings. Your earnings are paid directly from escrow immediately after a transaction closes.

• A large 32-inch monitor with keyboard and mouse is available for use with your laptop, by appointment.
• You may use your own loan processor or our third-party processor for loans.
• You may use your home address or our office address for real estate mailing purposes.
• Get paid directly from escrow as soon as the transaction closes.
• Affiliate your DRE License with us at no monthly cost, whether you are new, part-time, or planning for future opportunities.
• Mortgage Loan Originator license endorsement comes from the Department of Real Estate (DRE), not DFPI.
• We are approved with top wholesale lenders.
• We are signed up with multiple Realtor Associations; you may not need to switch from your current association or MLS.

Commission Brackets

• 100 percent commission for agents who close 10 or more transactions or achieve a volume of 7,000,000 dollars or more yearly.
• 90 percent commission for agents who close 6 or more transactions or achieve a volume of 4,000,000 dollars or more yearly.
• 80 percent commission for new agents or agents who close fewer than 6 transactions or achieve a volume under 4,000,000 dollars yearly.
• 499 dollars admin fee per transaction.
• 99 dollars E and O fee per transaction, waived if the agent carries their own E and O policy.

Duties for Real Estate Agents

• Help clients with buying and selling properties.
• Keep up to date with local real estate market trends.
• Conduct property showings and open houses.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sales.
• Deliver excellent customer service to build lasting relationships.

Duties for Mortgage Loan Originators

• Assist clients in obtaining mortgage loans, including Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, HELOC, Cash Out Home Equity Seconds, Land and Lot Loans, Commercial, DSCR, Non-QM, Bank Statement, P and L, ITIN loans, and more.
• Stay informed about current mortgage lending guidelines and market trends.
• Provide excellent customer service to build lasting relationships.

Requirements

• New agents are welcome but must work with the Broker on their first few deals and must use the company's Transaction Coordinator.
• Strong organizational skills are necessary.
• Effective communication with clients is required.
• Must hold a California DRE License for real estate work.
• Must hold a California DRE License and NMLS for mortgage loan origination.
