Full-Time Storage Consultant

Overview

We are a family-operated business with more than four decades of experience in the self-storage industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to fill a Full-Time Storage Consultant role. This position includes delivering outstanding customer service, recommending storage options, and upholding facility standards. The hourly wage ranges from $18.05 to $19.50 depending on experience, along with eligibility for a bonus program.

Requirements

• At least one (1) year of sales and customer service experience.
• A strong credit history is mandatory.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management abilities.
• An energetic, sociable, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a small team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with Sitelink is an advantage.
• Must be available to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule as required.
• A California Driver’s License, current car insurance, a clean driving record, and access to dependable transportation.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
