Overview

LA Apartments Property Management is looking for energetic, outgoing independent Leasing Consultants or Real Estate Agents to assist with apartment leasing in the West LA region. You will support multiple properties under our management. This role is part-time and contract-based, offering a commission of up to $1,000 for each lease finalized within 7 days.

Requirements

• Must reside in or near West LA.
• Dependable transportation and phone.
• At least 1 year of property leasing experience (Required).
• Flexible availability (you set your own hours).
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are advantageous.
• Ability to travel to Culver City, CA (Required).
• Proficient in marketing and customer service.
