We are a high-volume real estate investment team with over ten years of experience and a strong track record. We are looking for 1-2 motivated and coachable individuals to join us as Lead Generators. This role involves identifying off-market investment properties by establishing connections with real estate agents and conducting basic analysis. This is a team-oriented role with comprehensive support, not a trial-by-fire situation.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage in conversation.
• Confident and professional when speaking on the phone.
• Capable of performing basic math quickly and accurately.
• Open to coaching and eager to learn.
• Tech-savvy, including proficiency with Google Sheets, common applications, and texting.
