Overview

This is a full commission opportunity for Real Estate Agents and Mortgage Loan Originators. Work remotely without required meetings or monthly charges. New agents are welcome. Compensation is paid directly from escrow upon closing. Our physical office is located in West Hollywood, but you can operate from your home office anywhere in California.

Division Assignment

• If you focus solely on Real Estate, you will be placed in our Real Estate Division.
• If you focus solely on Loans, you will be placed in our Mortgage Division.
• If you handle both Real Estate and Loans, you will be assigned to both our Real Estate and Mortgage Divisions.

Commission Structure

• Full Commission for agents who close 10 or more transactions or achieve volume of $7,000,000 or more annually.
• 90 Percent Commission for agents who close 6 or more transactions or achieve volume of $4,000,000 or more annually.
• 80 Percent Commission for new agents or agents who close fewer than 6 transactions or volume under $4,000,000 annually.
• $499 Admin Fee per transaction.
• $99 E and O Fee per transaction (waived if agent has their own Errors and Omissions policy).

Responsibilities

Real Estate Agents:

• Support clients in buying and selling properties.
• Keep current on local real estate market trends.
• Conduct property showings and open houses.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale.
• Deliver excellent customer service.

Mortgage Loan Originators:

• Help clients obtain mortgage loans. We offer Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, HELOC, Cash-Out Home Equity Seconds, Land and Lot Loans, Commercial, DSCR, Non-QM, Bank Statement, Profit and Loss, and ITIN loans.
• Stay informed and up to date on mortgage lending guidelines and market trends.
• Deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

• New agents are welcome but must work with the Broker on the first few deals and must use the company transaction coordinator.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Must hold a California DRE License for Real Estate.
• For Mortgage Loan Origination: Must have a California DRE License and NMLS endorsement (DRE, not DFPI).

• We are affiliated with multiple Realtor Associations; you may not need to switch from your current one.
