Safeguard Properties is broadening its network of vendors and is in search of dependable, professional Property Preservation Vendors to deliver services on vacant residential properties on behalf of lenders, REOs, and asset managers.

Overview

We provide consistent job assignments with attractive compensation rates and fast, weekly payment processing. This position involves carrying out essential preservation and upkeep tasks on vacant residential homes across the country or within designated areas.

Services Required

• Winterization and Securing
• Lock Changes and Re-keys
• Lawn Care and Landscaping
• Debris Removal and Trash Outs
• Roofing, Fencing, and Structural Repairs
• Board-ups and Window Repair or Replacement
• Mold and Moisture Mitigation
• Emergency Response Services

Vendor Requirements

• Must be insured with valid general liability and Errors and Omission insurance.
• Experience with HUD/FHA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac standards is preferred.
• Capacity to adhere to strict deadlines and quality standards.
• Excellent communication abilities (via text, phone, or email).
• Access to local vendors or sub-contractors as required.
• Ability to upload photos and accept work orders through digital means.
