Overview

This is a great entry-level chance to launch a career in the Real Estate and Mortgage sector. The role focuses on supporting customer service and sales activities. No previous experience is needed because full paid training is provided. The role starts at $16.90 per hour plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• This role requires working onsite.
• Must be bilingual, fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
• A high school diploma or current enrollment in college is preferred.
• Experience in sales or a call center is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Must be a highly driven and self-motivated person who excels in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a positive outlook are crucial.
• Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States.

Key Duties

• Develop strong relationships with current and potential clients.
• Contact leads and arrange introductory calls with licensed Loan Officers or Real Estate Agents.
• Understand the complete process of a loan and real estate transaction.
• Perform well in a fast-paced, multitasking work environment.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and surpass customer service standards.
• Respond to client questions and offer assistance.
• Work with the sales team to find potential new leads.
• Join team meetings and help improve processes.
• Conduct research to support marketing efforts.
• Handle general administrative tasks to help the department run smoothly.

Work Schedule and Advantages

• 4-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
• Must be available to work weekends when required.
• Pay is issued twice a month.
• This is a paid internship that includes paid training.
• Training is provided to become a Professional Realtor or Loan Officer.
• Training topics include hosting Open Houses, proper property showing manners, and mortgage processing.
