Overview

ICS is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our expanding Commercial Mortgage Brokerage team. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in recruiting and supporting Commercial Mortgage Brokers while providing direct assistance throughout the loan process. This role is a hybrid position based in Long Beach, CA.

Requirements

• Professional, articulate, and personable demeanor.
• Strong enthusiasm for real estate and finance.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Capability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic setting.
• Background in real estate, mortgage, or loan officership is a significant advantage.
• Associate degree or higher is preferred, or comparable experience as an Account Executive or Executive Assistant.

Position Details

• Compensation: Based on Experience (DOE)
• Benefits: Available following a 90-day period
• Location: ICS is based in Long Beach, CA, serving customers nationwide. This is a hybrid role, requiring approximately 2 to 3 days per week in the office with the remaining days remote.
