Compensation: Starting from $2,240 to $4,000.00 per month, depending on experience. The average salary for an onsite manager or maintenance professional is $4,000.00 per month.

Overview

Magic Mart, LLC is looking for a reliable Property Manager / Maintenance professional with strong communication abilities to directly manage an apartment community on site. The ideal applicant should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in property management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the property.
• Supervise cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Collect and document rent payments and tenant fees using AppFolio.
• Coordinate vendors and staff to achieve optimal turnover speed and efficiency.
• Address tenant issues professionally and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all required reports are completed and submitted on schedule.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to guarantee prompt completion of repairs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a property manager.
• Experience managing a building with 30 or more units.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). AppFolio experience is preferred.
• GED or high school diploma.
• A valid driver's license is required, along with auto insurance.
• A reliable vehicle is mandatory.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to show and inspect units.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws.
• Knowledge of the AppFolio app.
• Willingness to travel 100 miles each way for 1 or 2 days per week as needed.
