Overview

Coalition Technologies is looking for a committed Recruiter to join our fully remote workforce. This position encompasses managing the complete recruitment lifecycle. The role provides a competitive base salary ranging from $15 to $35 per hour and features a unique, industry-leading profit-sharing bonus plan.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, screening, and hiring. International recruiting experience is a plus.
• A strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
• Outstanding interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Capacity to uphold strict confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
• Enthusiasm for building a startup.
• An outgoing and friendly demeanor.
• A dependable workstation equipped with a fast computer, microphone, speakers, and reliable internet.
