Overview

We are a rapidly expanding staffing agency dedicated to providing reliable personnel for warehouses, logistics centers, and distribution hubs. This is a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting role where you will manage the entire process from sourcing to payroll support for general laborers, forklift operators, loaders, and other positions. You will collaborate directly with major warehouses and third-party logistics companies.

What Your Day Looks Like

This is not a passive role. You are the driving force behind our operations.

  • Start your morning by reviewing emails, job orders, and client requirements.
  • Contact clients to confirm daily staffing needs and headcounts.
  • Review applicants within Bullhorn and reach out to prospective candidates.
  • Make outbound calls and send texts to recruit workers for available positions.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, both by phone and in person.
  • Onboard new hires, including I-9 forms, E-Verify, paperwork, and orientation.
  • Dispatch employees to job sites and verify their arrivals.
  • Communicate with onsite supervisors to maintain proper coverage.
  • Track attendance and promptly follow up on any absences.
  • Request and collect timesheets from clients and workers.
  • Input timesheets into Excel or our system for payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure employees are paid accurately.
  • Handle call-offs, replacements, and last-minute scheduling needs.
  • Visit client sites as needed to check on worker performance.
  • Maintain consistent communication with management throughout the day.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Full-cycle recruiting for warehouse positions.
  • High-volume outbound calling and texting on a daily basis.
  • Managing employee attendance and performance.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and workers.
  • Ensuring compliance with all requirements, including I-9, E-Verify, and background checks as needed.
  • Keeping accurate records within our system.
  • Supporting payroll and invoicing by collecting precise time data.
  • Resolving issues in real time, such as call-offs, client requests, and emergencies.

Requirements (Must Have)

  • Must have a car and a valid driver's license.
  • Must be comfortable working overtime when necessary.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, including phone, text, and email.
  • Comfort with high call volumes and a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and capable of multitasking under pressure.
  • Must be personable and very friendly.
  • Reliable and accountable, as this role is critical to operations.

Required Experience

  • Staffing or recruiting experience.
  • Knowledge of the warehouse or logistics industry.
  • Experience with Bullhorn or a similar applicant tracking system.
