Requirements

• Must be a Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) with a clean background check.
• Must have a negative TB test result completed within the last year.
• Must hold a valid California Drivers License and have dependable transportation.
• Candidates should be accountable, compassionate, and trustworthy.
• Prior experience assisting seniors or adults with disabilities is preferred.
• Being bilingual in English and Spanish is considered an asset.
