Overview

We are looking for a progressive Workers Compensation Attorney to join our team. Our work environment is hybrid, with some travel necessary for appearances, hearings, depositions, and mandatory office meetings. Our attorneys manage the legal defense of Workers Compensation cases from start to final resolution, covering all aspects of discovery and litigation. They collaborate closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor degree
• Member of the State Bar of California
• Strong research, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Dedication to proactive case management
