Overview

Jalilvand Law Corporation (JLC) is looking for a qualified Client Intake Specialist to become part of our personal injury practice located in Beverly Hills, CA. The perfect candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English, a professional who collaborates well with others, possesses strong interpersonal abilities, and can operate autonomously in a high-volume setting.

Requirements

• A minimum of two years of client intake experience (mandatory).
• A minimum of two years of personal injury experience (mandatory).
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (mandatory).
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Professional demeanor that is empathetic and dedicated to client service.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Ability to calmly handle several tasks while under pressure.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite, Filevine, and Adobe.
• Capable of steering prospective clients through the intake process and obtaining signed retainer agreements.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls with clients.
• Assess and review new leads for personal injury cases.
• Determine qualifying cases and forward them to attorneys.
• Prepare written communications for clients and insurance companies.
• Liaise with clients, witnesses, and internal staff.
• Request and gather initial documentation such as police reports, insurance details, and photographs.
• Confirm case specifics and related supporting materials.
• Keep electronic case files organized and current.
• Precisely update case management tools such as Filevine.
• Assist attorneys with onboarding new clients and setting up cases.
