Role Summary

We are looking for an innovative Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team. This position operates in a hybrid work environment, with some travel necessary for court appearances, hearings, depositions, and mandatory in-office meetings. Attorneys manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from start to finish, covering all aspects of discovery and litigation. The role involves close collaboration with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor degree
  • Active member of the State Bar of California
