Position Summary

We are looking for a progressive Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team. The work environment is hybrid, with some travel required for appearances, hearings, depositions, and mandatory in-office meetings. Attorneys manage the legal defense of Workers' Compensation cases from start to conclusion, covering all aspects of discovery and litigation. They collaborate closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor degree
  • Member of the State Bar of California
  • Strong research, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Dedication to proactive case management
