Requirements

• Possess a valid license to practice law in the state, in good standing.
• A minimum of 7 years of personal injury experience, with a specialization in trial work.
• Thorough understanding of state laws, regulations, and procedures relevant to personal injury cases.
• Strong capabilities in research, analysis, and legal interpretation.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills for preparing legal documents and correspondence.
• Demonstrated history of effective case management and client advocacy.
• Aptitude for working collaboratively with paralegals, support personnel, and fellow attorneys.
• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Capacity to preserve confidentiality and manage sensitive data with prudence.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.
