We are looking for a well-organized and dedicated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Legal Assistant to oversee pre-litigation cases from initiation through resolution. The projected compensation for this role is USD 43,000 to USD 52,000 annually.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Highly organized with the capability to excel in a high-speed setting while managing several tasks at once.
- Preferably one year or more of relevant experience, or comparable educational background.
- Computer literate and skilled in using typical office productivity applications.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Effective problem-solving skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Warm and approachable personality.
- High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is advantageous.
